References — work on shared leadership

How I help people and organisations

Confidentiality is part of my work. So you won’t find a wall of client logos here – I’m happy to provide relevant references personally in the intro call.

Coaching a dual leadership or guiding an organisation through introducing shared leadership means working on sensitive topics: power questions, conflicts, unspoken expectations. That kind of work doesn’t belong on a logo wall. What I offer instead is transparency about how I work – and, on request, concrete references in a confidential conversation.

Typical situations where I help

Organisations before the rollout

HR and management who want to set up shared leadership cleanly, rather than just deciding on it.

New leadership tandems

Duos who want sustainable roles and decision rules from the start.

Stuck dual leaderships

Existing duos where it’s grinding and who want to become workable again.

How I handle references

  • I don’t name names without explicit approval.
  • On request I connect you with relevant references in the intro call.
  • What is discussed in projects stays confidential.

From my own practice

My most honest reference isn’t a logo wall anyway, but the question clients ask me afterwards: “why didn’t we clarify this earlier?” That’s exactly what I work towards.
