Implementation support for shared leadership

Implementation support, so it holds

A model on paper is quickly made. To survive daily life, it needs support. Over several months we readjust – before old patterns return.

Why the workshop alone isn’t enough

After a good workshop everything feels settled. Then daily life arrives: the first real conflict, the first exception, the first relapse into old roles. It’s exactly these moments that decide whether shared leadership holds. Support means being reachable in those moments.

What support looks like

  • Regular, short reflection sessions instead of rare big formats.
  • A contact person for the moments when it snags.
  • Readjusting the rules when practice shows something different.
  • An honest outside view of patterns you no longer see yourselves.

Aus meiner Praxis

Our relapses never came in the workshop, but three weeks later on a stressful Tuesday. An outside view in exactly those weeks would have spared us a lot of friction.

Duration & rhythm

A sensible support runs over three to six months, with short, regular sessions. Not a permanent subscription, but long enough for the new patterns to hold. We set the concrete rhythm together.
