In-house for organisations
In-house seminars for your leaders
Tailored to your context, online or on site. You want to anchor shared leadership within your own organisation – we put together the right format.
When in-house beats open enrolment
- Several leaders are to be trained at the same time.
- It’s about company-specific questions.
- Confidential internal topics are part of the format.
- A concrete rollout is planned.
Possible building blocks
Impulse talk
An entry point for a larger audience.
Foundations module
The base for everyone working with shared leadership.
Tandem work
Actual duos from your organisation work on their collaboration.
Roles & governance workshop
Decision rules that fit your structure.
Follow-up
A session after three months to readjust.
Individually combined
We assemble your format from the building blocks.
How an in-house engagement runs
- Enquiry with occasion, number of participants and preferred timeframe.
- Preliminary talk to clarify goal and format.
- Proposal and scheduling – with a realistic lead time.
- Delivery, tailored to your context.
What you contribute
- A contact person
- A preliminary talk
- The selection of participants
- A room or online platform
Price range
I deliberately don’t state fixed prices here, because in-house is calculated individually. The price depends on duration, number of participants, preparation effort, whether it’s online or on site, and any travel costs. In the preliminary talk you get a clear sense of the range.
How it differs from implementation guidance
An in-house seminar qualifies people. An implementation project changes structures. If you want to change structures, that’s the place.
Request in-house
Tell us briefly the occasion, number of participants and preferred timeframe – we’ll come back with a suggestion.
No checkout – enquiry form instead of booking. Fields: company, number of participants, preferred timeframe, occasion. Routing into HubSpot with the tag “In-house”.
