Seminars on shared leadership — bookable online

Seminars

Seminars on shared leadership

Online and in-house, directly bookable, in small groups. The low-threshold entry point between a free intro call and a full consulting project.

These seminars don’t compete with the big training academies. They serve a niche those academies don’t cover: shared leadership, concrete and from practice. If you’re not ready for an implementation project yet, this is the right first step.

Three formats

Foundations of shared leadership

Open online seminar for individual leaders and HR. Half a day, small group.

Tandem start workshop

For two people starting together. Price per duo, online or on site.

In-house seminar

For organisations, tailored to your context.

Dates

Output the date list via the booking/event plugin (shortcode/block). Prices visible. Booking runs through the detail pages.

Which seminar fits?

  • You’re a pair just starting out? → Tandem start workshop.
  • You want to understand the topic first? → Foundations seminar.
  • You want to train several leaders? → In-house.

Process & technology

The open seminars are held online and live. I deliberately keep the groups small – that’s a mark of quality, not a coincidence. You receive the access details and materials beforehand. Whether a session is recorded is set per format.

Cancellation

Clear cancellation and rebooking rules apply per seminar and are stated on the respective booking page. Invoicing to your company is possible.

Frequently asked questions

Is this for me if we don’t have shared leadership yet?

Yes. That’s exactly when the foundations seminar pays off – to get a realistic picture before you decide.

Can we book as a pair?

Yes – that’s what the tandem start workshop is for, with one price per duo.

Do I get a certificate of attendance?

Yes, the open seminars come with a certificate.

What if I miss a date?

The rebooking rules of the respective booking page apply. When in doubt, get in touch.

Can I get an invoice to my company?

Yes, that’s no problem at all.
